We are a management consulting firm and manufacturer's representatives specializing in design and manufacturing solutions. Through our partner vendors, we deliver turnkey outcomes across machining, fabrication, packaging, printing, signage, logistics, metrology, tooling, special purpose machines, construction and installation.
How We Work
We assess requirements, engineer the right process and equipment, then coordinate vendor sourcing, build, FAT, delivery and on-site installation. We stay engaged through ramp-up to ensure performance and ROI.
Vinay Garudachar PMP, SSBBP
Vinay Garudachar holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and also a Master's in Engineering-Management. He is a certified PMP and a Six Sigma Black Belt. He has over 25 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing and project management. He worked as a Project Manager and also held Senior Leadership Roles in the Automotive, Industrial, Robotics and Nuclear fields.
